Gaming café prices in Mumbai: what an hour of PS5 and PC costs

Planning a gaming session and wondering what it'll cost? Here's the short answer: in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, an hour on a gaming PC usually costs somewhere between ₹40 and ₹150, and an hour on a PS5 usually costs between ₹60 and ₹200. Where you land in that range depends on the area, the hardware, the time of day and, most of all, how the café counts players.

We pulled the prices below from cafés' own websites and from listings on Gamehood. Prices change often, so treat this as a guide and confirm the rate at the counter or on WhatsApp before you go. All prices were checked on 31 October 2026.

The quick answer

These are ranges, not fixed rates. A few cafés charge less with happy hours or packs, and a few charge more for premium rooms.

PC gaming prices we found

Here's what cafés are publishing right now for an hour on a gaming PC:

• Daksh Cyber Cafe and Game Zone, Koparkhairane (Navi Mumbai): ₹40/hour, as listed on Gamehood. The cheapest PC rate we saw.
• Krypt Gaming, Kharghar: ₹60/hour per PC, or a 3-hour pass for ₹150.
• GearUP Gaming, Powai: ₹70/hour, as listed on Gamehood.
• Vertigo Gaming Arena, Kharghar and CBD Belapur: ₹70/hour for an esports PC rig, with 15% off packages of 5+ hours.
• Invade Gaming Cafe, Sanpada: ₹80/hour.
• Nexus Gaming Cafe, Ulwe: ₹80/hour, or ₹60 during happy hours.
• Nexora Gaming Lounge, Powai: ₹90/hour, as listed on Gamehood, with weekday happy hours (11 am to 4 pm) offering 50% off up to ₹200.
• NexArc Gaming Cafe, Goregaon West: ₹99/hour. Bills are rounded up to the nearest ₹10.
• Monarch Gaming Lounge, Malad West: ₹100/hour. An ₹80 opening offer ran until 31 October 2026, so expect the regular ₹100 from November.
• AK Gaming Corner, Jogeshwari West: ₹100/hour, as listed on Gamehood.
• Escape Gaming Zone, Bandra West: a local directory lists PCs from ₹150/hour. We couldn't find this on the café's own site, so check before you go.

What you get for more money: The cafés at ₹80 to ₹100 are mostly advertising newer cards like the RTX 5060 Ti and very fast monitors. Monarch, for example, lists an RTX 5060 Ti with a 300Hz monitor on every PC. If you mostly play Valorant or CS2, that refresh rate makes a real difference. For a casual GTA session, a cheaper café is usually fine.

PS5 prices, and the per-controller trap

PS5 pricing is where people get surprised. Some cafés charge per station (one price for the console, however many people play) and others charge per controller (each player pays). For a group of four, that difference adds up fast.

• Krypt Gaming, Kharghar: ₹60/hour per controller. 3-hour pass: ₹180.
• GAMEPLANET 3, Vashi: ₹80/hour, as listed on Gamehood.
• Downtown Gaming Cafe, Dombivli: ₹80/hour, as listed on Gamehood.
• Invade Gaming Cafe, Sanpada: ₹100/hour.
• Nexus Gaming Cafe, Ulwe: ₹100/hour in the PS5 lounge (₹80 during happy hours).
• JB Gaming Lounge, Mumbra: ₹100/hour, as listed on Gamehood.
• LEVEL UP!, Kopar Khairane: ₹100 for 1 controller, ₹180 for 2, ₹240 for 3, ₹280 for 4 (per hour).
• NexArc Gaming Cafe, Goregaon West: ₹120/hour per controller.
• Vertigo Gaming Arena: ₹140/hour for a PS5 with 2 controllers.
• Monarch Gaming Lounge, Malad West: ₹150/hour per player (per controller).
• Plug N Play Gaming Café, Malad West: ₹150 solo, ₹250 duo, ₹350 trio, ₹450 squad (per hour).
• Escape Gaming Zone, Bandra West: a local directory lists PS5 at ₹199/hour. Please confirm with the café.

Quick maths for a group of four, playing one hour:

• At a ₹120 per-controller café: 4 × ₹120 = ₹480
• At LEVEL UP!'s 4-controller rate: ₹280
• At Plug N Play's squad rate: ₹450

So a café that looks cheaper per hour can work out pricier for a group, and the other way round. Always ask, "Is that per console or per controller?"

Other things that change your bill

Happy hours. Daytime weekday slots are often cheaper. Nexus drops PCs to ₹60 and PS5 to ₹80 in happy hours. Nexora runs weekday happy hours from 11 am to 4 pm.

Packs and passes. Krypt's 3-hour passes and Vertigo's 15% off 5+ hours make long sessions cheaper. LEVEL UP! offers 5 PC hours for ₹400 (₹380 effective at checkout). Monarch lists a 12-hour daily package for ₹1,000, though it says the details are still being finalised.

Minimum time and billing steps. Monarch has a 30-minute minimum, then bills walk-ins every 15 minutes after the first hour. NexArc rounds the bill up to the nearest ₹10. Small things, but they matter on a tight budget.

Group discounts. Krypt takes ₹10 off per person per hour for groups of 4 or more.

GST and snacks. Monarch says its hourly prices include GST. Others may not say. Drinks and snacks are almost always extra.

How to get the best price

1. Go on a weekday afternoon if you can. That's when most happy hours run.
2. Ask about per-controller pricing before a group PS5 session.
3. Buy a pack if you play every week. Hourly rates drop a lot on 3 to 5 hour bookings.
4. Match the café to the game. Don't pay for a 300Hz monitor to play FIFA on a PS5.
5. Compare a few cafés near you on Gamehood's Mumbai page or Navi Mumbai page before you head out.
