Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy regarding booking cancellations and refunds for gaming sessions.
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking under the following conditions:
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
- 50% refund for cancellations between 12-24 hours before the scheduled time
- No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before the scheduled time
- Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis
2. Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your booking:
- The full booking amount will be charged
- No refund will be provided
- Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions
4. Technical Issues
In case of technical issues or service disruptions:
- Full refunds will be provided for system-wide issues
- Partial refunds may be offered for partial service disruptions
- Alternative booking times may be offered
5. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.):
- Full refunds will be provided
- Alternative booking dates will be offered
- No cancellation fees will be charged
6. How to Cancel
To cancel your booking:
- Go to your bookings page
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click the "Cancel Booking" button
- Confirm your cancellation
- Check your email for cancellation confirmation
