F1 24 is Codemasters' official Formula 1 game for the 2024 season, published by EA. It features the full grid of teams, drivers and circuits from that year, and it is one of the best games to play on a gaming cafe racing rig. Modes Career mode lets you take a seat in the paddock. F1 24 reworked Driver Career so you can create your own driver or step into the shoes of a real driver from the 2024 grid, building up your reputation and negotiating with teams. My Team is the deeper management option, where you create your own team and manage its development. Grand Prix mode is a quick race weekend with any team, ideal for a short cafe session. Racing with friends F1 24 supports split-screen racing for two players on the same console, which is rare among modern racing games. Online lobbies let larger groups race together if they each have their own station. Wheel or controller? F1 games play fine on a pad, but on a racing rig with a wheel and pedals, they are transformed. The sense of speed and precision is unique. If the cafe has a rig with F1 24, it is worth booking at least an hour on it. Beginner tips Turn on the racing line, ABS and traction control assists at first. Watch the braking markers before corners; braking too late is the most common mistake. Start on tracks with simple layouts like Bahrain or Austria before tackling Monaco.
