WWE 2K25

Visual Concepts · 2K

WWE 2K25 is Visual Concepts' 2025 wrestling game. Its Showcase mode focuses on The Bloodline, the Anoa'i family dynasty that includes Roman Reigns and The Rock, with match recreations and "what if" scenarios from across their history. 2K25 changed a few long-standing rules. For the first time in the series, intergender matches are allowed, so any wrestler on the roster can face any other. New match types include the Bloodline Rules match, where interference is allowed, and Underground matches, which take place in a ring without ropes. There is also The Island, a new online hub-style mode on current-generation consoles where your created wrestler competes and progresses. Other modes include MyRISE, MyGM (which added online multiplayer), MyFACTION and Universe mode. Best for groups Up to four players can play locally on one console, and a big roster with intergender matches means everyone can play as whoever they want. Tag team, triple threat and Fatal 4-Way matches are all fun on a big screen. Setup PS5 with up to four controllers is the classic cafe setup. PC and PS4 versions are also listed. For The Island, you will need to be on PS5 or Xbox Series X|S with an account. Tips for new players Get comfortable with the reversal button first, because reversals decide matches. Build momentum with combos before going for a finisher. In multi-person matches, wait for the right moment to go for a pin; other wrestlers can break it up. And try the Underground match type with friends for something fresh. Time needed A one-on-one match takes five to fifteen minutes. Groups can enjoy a lot of matches in an hour; two hours suits a mini tournament. Who will like it WWE fans, especially fans of The Bloodline storyline, and groups who want loud, dramatic multiplayer.
